Anthony and his team at AJR Mold Solutions did a fantastic job in my parent's basement.
We had noticed that there was significant mold growth on parts of the cinderblock walls. After trying to remediate it themselves to no avail, we called Anthony to come do a mold test and inspection. Anthony provided us with a detailed report as well as a remediation plan. He called us to explain everything in great detail.
We chose to use Anthony and his team for remediation and it was well worth it. They removed all of the mold on the walls, overhead beams and in the closets. They painted everything to seal and treat the walls once the mold was removed. Now the basement is clean, safe and a place that we now feel comfortable using.

"Ongoing throughout the process I was kept aware of each step of the process from the initial removal of contaminated insulation, the spraying of a protective layer to both crawlspace and attic walls to prevent mold from reoccurring along with the installation of a protective sheet layer upon the floor of the crawlspace to address any moisture which may appear due to weather conditions. AJR also provided photos of the completed process for my review which confirmed my own visual inspection of the work performed. Complementing the value of work performed, staff was courteous daily informing me of the status of each phase of the process to include when a lunch break was taken and status of work to be performed for the following day."

"They were always on time in the morning and they finished on time within the days they needed to do the work. Anthony (owner) and Dustin (manager) arrived first thing in the morning to oversee the work and to see if I had any questions or concern. Dustin stayed throughout the day. At the end of the completion of the job Anthony and Dustin came back and did a final walk through with me to make sure everything was to my liking. We were very pleased with their work.
